When you query Google for the term in quotes, “Windows virus”, you get about 508,000 results. Making the same query for Linux, “Linux virus”, gives you about 96,400 results. For Mac, “Mac virus”, you get about 109,000.

When you query Google for the term in quotes, “Windows crashing”, you get about 62,300 results. Making the same query for Linux, “Linux crashing”, gives you about 692 results. For Mac, “Mac crashing”, you get about 566.
